Negative experience: Awful experience. Waited over 10 years for a holiday. Nova apartments in Majorca "Family place" she said. Party's and loud music banging on doors staff and security couldn't cope. The rep was useless told us we would get a text regarding collection time by bus which was extra no text came. Nightmare situation in GDG wheb taxi didn't turn up, the taxi claimed it did, and it may have, however we instructed the girl at the purchase of the holiday that we wouldn't be going through baggage claim (as disability family! we travel light) they didn't listen to the instruction and then proceeded to try and shift the blame to the lovely taxi driver who followed their WRONG instructions.
