Fantastic experience: My father and I went to South Africa on the Rugby tour. It was so amazing. Every day there was a different activity to do. Before the matches they had food , drinks and guest speakers organised. It was a once in a life time trip and thank you for making it amazing. I could not fault anything.

Fantastic experience: Just back from an excellent trip to watch Ireland play South Africa. The team at Killester Travel were excellent, the itinerary allowed us to experience the South African culture, and take in a safari between matches. The pre game bbqs were a great start to match day and were close to the grounds. Paddy and his team kept us well briefed on all arrangements and all we had to do was turn up! Have already booked another trip will Killester and would highly recommend them to any rugby fan wishing to watch Ireland on tour. Thank you Killester.

Fantastic experience: Very well organised and run trip from start to finish. Had a ball out there. Too many highlights to pick, from Kruger Park to Eplephant Whispers to Ireland winning the last test match. Didn’t have to worry about a thing, everything was organised, you just show up. Negative experience: RWC 23 Lack of communication from start to finish of booking. Feeling like a hindrance when ringing for flight/hotel details weeks out from travelling. Such details needed for booking airport travel, arranging childcare etc. For the money spent on the package (2k+) the service was not up to scratch. Being left off buses and walking to your accommodation because drivers won't go around or traffic is bad is not good enough.

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of joining the RWC 2023 in Bordeaux and Nantes. They have everything organised for you once you book, from flights, transfers and also tours aside from just seeing the game. Ample time for yourself too to have a little wander on your free time. The staff were very attentive and lovely. My bf and I were pleased with booking with them and met some really awesome people along the way too.

Negative experience: Throughout the process, there was a consistent lack of effective communication from their end. Important information and updates regarding travel arrangements, ticketing, were either delayed or not provided at all. This has resulted in confusion and frustration among my group. Clear and timely communication is crucial when organizing such significant events, especially when it involves international travel and attending a major sporting event like the Rugby World Cup. Unfortunately, Kilester Travel has failed to meet these expectations, leaving my group feeling uninformed and uncertain about the travel plans and flight times. In conclusion, Kilester Travel's poor communication regarding the Rugby World Cup has been disappointing and has negatively impacted the our overall experience. It is crucial for travel agencies to prioritize effective communication to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for their clients but Killester failed this simple task.
