Negative experience: Ne ver used them again when I got to the place I booked did not get what I paid for when I complained about it they said it was a typing error on there's behalf didn't even send me my documents sent to wrong email no help at all

Negative experience: In the beginning the women were a delight to deal with but when asked about a potential refund cause from what I paid them to what the price of the actual stay was they basically just laughed me off saying its tough and move on with your life and then stopped responding would I ever recommend to a friend no never

Fantastic experience: Just back from our honeymoon October 2022 that we booked with Cloud9 Travel to Mauritius. We had the most remarkable honeymoon all because of Joe and the Team at Cloud9 travel. Everthing we asked for was obtainable without any hesitancy. Our tickets were hand delivered, transfers booked with a fantastic luxury company, our resort Zilwa Attitude North Mauritius. Neither my husband or I had ever been to Mauritius before nor had either of us gone on a long flight in years so we were very excited. Joe truly worked his magic to make sure our 2 week honeymoon was relaxed yet fun filled and truly paradise. It was a sensational and a trip that we will never forget. All thats left to do now is book our next trip. Thanks Joe and team

But their after service in an emergency is exceptionally. I recently got an early morning phone call from my niece in a panic abroad regarding her boarding pass.
