Negative experience: As one reviewer said, anything non routine and the service is appalling. They won’t speak to parents on the phone. Only email, with pretty poor responses (I’ll check and come back to you: never comes back) The auto response to the email says it all.. we do not want to deal with actual people. I’m stuck because the school choose the company, as a parent you have no say& the choice is leave your kid out of a trip all their pals are going on or struggle through the awful service to pay nearly a grand for a 3 day trip.
