Fantastic experience: While we were holidaying in Spain last October, my brother in Law died and we were so fortunate to be able to contact Jennifer by email. She replied as soon as she arrived at work and within another hour she had rebooked us on a flight home next day. She also contacted the hotel and explained our situation to them. We are in our 70s with no Spanish, how glad we were to have Jennifer on our side. !! On our return, she again contacted our hotel and they returned our remaining 5 days charge.
