Nuitee Travel

Negative experience: Very disappointed in Nuitee Travel. They allowed us to make a booking on an oversold hotel. My $2000 hotel booking was taken and I was advised that I would get a “free, at no charge” refund. I’ve asked for several details regarding this refund since then and Salma just keeps telling me that the reservation was canceled free of charge. Why would it not be free, considering it was there error. And why can’t I get more information. It has been over 2 weeks and I am still waiting. Considering I had to rebook with an entirely different agency, the delay is very concerning. I will not be rebooking with them in the future.

Negative experience: I am a B&B owner and had a booking made for a guest with Nuitee travel. There was no no ability to message the guest and no phone number was provided. The only number given was out of service. There is no front desk at my property and a door code must be sent to guests before check in. Nuitee travel did not respond to requests for contact info for the guest and I spent several hours trying to fix the problem and advise other guests at the house that a confused guest would be arriving without any check in info received. The whole experience was extremely inconvenient and could have resulted in negative experiences for other guests and negative reviews for my property. If there was a way to stop Nuitee travel from making bookings at my property I would do it. I can't believe that a travel agency would make a booking and offer no method of contact for the guest, while also failing to respond the the property owner.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used Nuitee for multiple hotel reservations, and they have all went off without a hitch. I appreciated the hassle free payment and cheap prices.

Fantastic experience: I booked my travel using the whitelabel website provided by my company and I had an issue with my travel (I did a mistake while booking) The support team was very responsive, and cancelled my old reservation and created a new one with the correct dates and room types.

Negative experience: I called and booked a hotel room in Rapid City, SD. The booking confirmation had the wrong date. I called the hotel and they said I needed to call Nuitee directly. I called and that number is not in service. I looked them up on-line, and that is the Contact number. I have no way to correct this, I have no way to contact Nuitee. Junk Company. I will be contacting whatever Gov't agency that deals with this. DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING SERVICE.

Negative experience: I booked a hotel in Istanbul through Capital One Travel. Upon arrival, the hotel could not locate my reservation, so I had to pay again to stay there. When I returned home, Capital One Travel informed me that the only way to get my money back for the reservation that I couldn’t use was to contact the NUITEE company. I did this 3 MONTHS ago via their [email protected] email, but I still have not received any reply. It is ridiculous to have such poor support in 2024. Return my money back!

Negative experience: 1 Star is already too much... Opodoo booked my hotel via nuitee. As we arrived at the Hotel, this was closed. No other guests. Nobody picked up the Phone. Nuitee didn`t reakt and Support with an solution. Only silence. NO Support. Alone in an unknown country, not knowing where to sleep is a Bad feeling. 4 days later still no Reaktion.

Negative experience: Worse place.. They work through 3 different places and they are in Ireland booking hotels in the US...

Fantastic experience: I have to praise this company and their customer support team. We booked a hotel in Vegas for Thanksgiving a few months ago, and then our friends decided that they would like to join us, but there were no more available rooms for these dates, of course. So we contact Customer support and explain to them how important it is that our friends join us . After several days, they miraculously managed to find availability for another room in the same hotel and so we all went! When we arrived it was all reconfirmed and all went smoooooth!!! We had a great time!!! Thank you Asmaa and Nuitee! I highly recommend it and will surely book again!

Negative experience: Beware this is a scam company they let you make a reservation then change the details even though you have a confirmation there are much better interline companies

Negative experience: Terrible terrible company and communication. Prices invalid and would not honour weeks after booking and paying in full. I’ve also tried contacting senior people on LinkdIn and been ignored. Disappointing
