Negative experience: Try make the holiday as expensive as possible to get more commission

Fantastic experience: Booked a holiday in liffey valley cassidy travel back in January for August 24. Not sure where to go the girl in Cassidy travel recommended Cala Bona in Majorca the protur Alicia Hotel I wanted it special as it was a 25th wedding anniversary. And it didn't Disappoint nothing is too much trouble here the food is plentiful and it's good. A buffet for breakfast and dinner and one evening meal included in there a la carte Restaurant. Two good size pools one infinity pool on the roof. I cannot fault it in any way. I'm looking for problems I cannot find. The rooms are spotless and nothing is too much trouble for the sfaff. So well done cassidy Travel will definitely book a package holiday again the experience with Tui is excellent. The best experience we have had of a holiday yet.

Negative experience: Had used Cassidy travel a few times for short city breaks. Booked a trip away to London with Bruce Springsteen tickets 8 months ago. Michelle was the lady I was dealing with. Two days before our trip I had to email her about our flights, concert tickets etc! After some time she emailed me back to say tickets were ready for collection. Again I had to email and ask for tickets to be emailed out to me. Realised when I printed tickets that there were no carry on bags included. Very disappointed and will not be using Cassidy travel again!!!

Negative experience: Looking for cheap deal got told a price in-store and that was all there was but went home booked online and saved alot only look to get highest commission don't really care about the customer

Negative experience: I was very unimpressed when I arrived in New York City after a long flight to be told they had no rooms available that the travel agent didn't confirm booking.Many attempts have been made to rectify the issue with Cassidy Travel Liffey valley but no one is willing to help me or compensate us for unnecessary stress.

Fantastic experience: Where to start!? Hadn't been on a package style holiday in decades.... SO pleasantly surprised because Michelle at Cassidy Travel listened to us and sourced a super holiday in Tui Blu Levante, Majorca. Hotel on the beach, safe swimming area, pool, bars, etc. Lovely spa facilities. Every single day and night the food selection was gorgeous. So much choice, beautifully presented. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's a 2 minute walk to the lovely harbour area which has nice gift shops and restaurants.... but we never ate out as the standard and atmosphere in Levante was so good. So many great people working hard to give people a good holiday.... Ana, Victor, Daniel, Eugenia to name but a few. Spotlessly clean hotel, comfy rooms, entertainment every night, efficiency everywhere. LOVED it. Huge thanks to Michelle at Cassidy Travel Liffey Valley for the good advice to stay here ! And the professional straightforward help provided to us. A great Travel Agent.

Negative experience: We visited Liffey Valley to inquire about a quote for the Maldives. The lady who assisted us collected our phone number and email address. However, three months later, we are still waiting for the holiday quotation. Eventually, we found a great trip to the Maldives through Trailfinders. We were not satisfied with this agency's service and pricing; we found better options elsewhere

Negative experience: They booked our cruise with wrong names , wrong ages, wrong passport numbers for flights . No communication and the day before the trip we find out ourselves the flights were completely different times to what they had given to us , they weren't aware of what flight we were on ,gave us a wrong itinerary and insisted we were on a different flight than we actually were . Not helpful in any way for any aspect of booking our trip.

Negative experience: Went down to Liffey Valley to book a holiday in Croatia and the girl that was dealing with us had zero interest in dealing with us. She made a complement of scribbling down a few details, kept looking at the time and made us feel very uncomfortable. Being half Cassidy myself I stupidly thought I was supporting distant cousins. Did business before but never again.

Expected us to hand over more money for somewhere to stay. Although fully reimbursed when home. Holiday was ruined. Not entirely agents fault but should never have happened.

Fantastic experience: Had a holiday booked with cassidy but unfortunately had to cancel because of the snow. In the airport and couldn't get any info whatsoever from Ryanair. Kelly from cassidy travel liffey valley called us to see if everything was ok, we explained to her what happened and she told us she'd ring back in 5 mins which she did. I cant thank her enough for all her help in getting us our refund and booking another holiday. I would highly recommend using cassidy travel if everyone you deal with are like lynn kelly and Lindsey. They are a credit to the company! Couldn't help us enough! Even when the three girls done more than we expected they apologised they couldn't do more. Thank you so much!! Will be using them all the time from now on! 10/10 thank you!
