Negative experience: Absolutely pathetic service. Every time I call, I have to argue. I booked a ticket with them and they explicitly told me that if I inform 5 days in advance, i can cancel the ticket and get a refund. For modifying the flight, have to pay 2 days in advance and pay the difference. I wasn't able to use the ticket and had to reschedule the flight once. Because of circumstances, I again was unable to use the ticket. I asked to cancel and refund me half amount. Now they are telling me cannot be refunded. Absolutely pathetic and straight up liars about the services and conditions

Negative experience: Have to say they are extremely poor on customer services and communications highly arrogant in talking, didn't refund my money back after cancel the tickets almost 40 days before, Better to go with other agency.

Positive experience: Not a good customer service, very bold staff and not respecting the customer rights. Rates are high than other agents. A man called Kosh was speaking me in an inappropriate way when enquiring about a flight rate. Very poor customer service and staff never know how to speak to customers.. I never recommend

Negative experience: Not pleased with customer orientation , highly arrogant in talking , responses are not great thru emails or phones , you have to go their in person also seems like they have their own preferred group whom they block all best deals...avoid using this agent.
