Negative experience: Tried booking a holiday to Orlando was quoted a price rang back less than 24 hours later and the price had gone up nearly €800. Then told it was because of the flights going up in price when i can see on skyscanner they haven't. Got no satisfaction or apology basically told it wasn't their problem. So don't take their quotes serious as they don't clearly.

Negative experience: No communication, flights changed and I wasn't told about it until I picked up tickets. Even if they rang to tell me this it would be fine but this isn't what I booked originally and was told nothing we can do about flight charges. We'll actually there is you could have informed me.
