Fantastic experience: Douglas Travel were fantastic when we booked our big trip to Vietnam earlier this year. Marike was so patient and knowledgeable and took great care over the smallest of details. We’ve already been on to her to start planning our holiday for next year. Excellent stuff!

Fantastic experience: Hi we booked with Douglas travel for a trip to Italy , Denise was looking after us from start to finish , the service we got was not good , it was exceptional , everything we asked for we got , she was a pleasure to deal with through out the process , everything was organized so professionally , she made it so simple , nothing was a problem , I have been on a lot of holidays and it's definitely one of my favorites , so again , thanks to Douglas travel and especially Denise , we will definitely call again. Just back from Greece , and because we had an amazing time last year we booked with the lovely denise and Douglas travel again , I never knew lightning would strike twice again and it did , wow , we stayed in the island hotel in crete , what an amazing place , it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in , food out of this world , staff so friendly and facilities to die for , we even had our own private pool , the only thing that may put people off is it does not allow children , for us personally didn't bother us , it's still an amazing place but it just may be an issue for some people , so guys do me a favour and if you are booking a vacation go to Douglas travel , all the staff are lovely there , but we were just so lucky to have met Denise , she is so pleasent and excellent to deal with , so guys don't delay, just do it

Negative experience: I asked would you have a Brochure on some place I was interested in and was told straight out "No". Sounded like this Travel Agent didn't want my business as she could have advised on some websites or could I help with somewhere else. Thought it was bad customer service compared to another Travel company who hadn't a Brochure either but told me to sit down & went through with me.
